Here is the procedure:

1. You start by making the payment by choosing one of the options on this table. Your payment will be processed through the absolutely secure PaySystems service. You then will be back to this site once the transfer is approved.
2. You send us photos of the subject. The more photos the better. High contrast photos, prefferably studio shots make it a lot easier for us. They could be in an electronic format (gif, jpg, psd or tiff). You can email them to look@officialfish.com
3. You send us a theme that reflects the person's characteristics or lifestyle. I incorporate the Theme in the artwork. I also need to know the hair and eye colours
4. You pick a username and password which will unlock your account in client login area. You send the username and password along with the photos
5. Within three days from the time that I receive the photos I do a pencil sketch and put it on this web site under clients zone
6. You then log in, view the sketch and send me your input using email or phone
7. Based on your comments we redraw the image and load it on the site again. We will repeate this until you are happy with the result
8. The final drawing will be done in ink and shiped to you or another desired address
